Cub Scouts
Our four oldest boys are involved in weekly Cub Scouts every Friday.  We are extremely proud of each one of them!  We are especially proud to announce that Zethembe was appointed leader of his troop and Siya was given the privilege of presenting the flag at Scouts which is a great honour!

Building Progress
The construction on the community house in Sweetwaters is coming along very well.  We are in the process of building a veranda and installing cabinets.  We pray for God to provide us with the necessary supplies and labour to complete the house.

Peach Distribution
We distributed dried peaches in zipper bags to our Respite Children at the community centre last week.  This was an especially memorable experience for us.   Each child was individually taught how to open and close the bags, and they were shown that the peaches were in fact edible.  The children so desperately craved the one-on-one instruction and attention.  This served as a reminder that these children from child-headed households are in dire need of care and education on daily life skills.  Tabitha is privileged and thankful for the opportunity God has given us to shine His light into the lives of these precious children in Sweetwaters.

Toddlers Busy Learning
Careworkers Pretty and Thondeka are busy educating our toddlers (clockwise) Nokwanda, Thabo, Seth, and Zinhle.   These children have loads of fun while learning many basic fundamentals necessary for children.
